Choco NUX - Nut Nougat Cream

Due to the high hazelnut content of 20%, the cream may separate over time, forming an oil film on the surface. This oil layer does not affect the quality in any way. Low-fructose foods - this is what you should bear in mind if you have an established fructose intolerance

In order to live as free of complaints as possible in the case of a diagnosed fructose intolerance, a conscious diet is important. This requires a critical look at the diet - not only industrially processed foods, but also many natural foods contain a high proportion of fructose.

Thus, the consumption of food such as grapes, pears or products made from them can cause complaints. On the other hand, there are also numerous natural foods that are fructose-free or low in fructose, which you can easily include in your diet.

Pay attention to vitamins

With a low-fructose diet, you must take special care to supply the body with sufficient vitamins and nutrients. Foods low in fructose such as carrots, potatoes, apricots or mandarins are well suited for this.

Distributing meals
