Plum naturally contains sorbitol. You will find the exact sorbitol content below in the nutritional table. The tolerance of small amounts of fructose and sorbitol after the abstinence phase is very individual. You have to decide and find out for yourself what amounts of fructose and sorbitol you can tolerate. The consumption of fruit spreads with natural sorbitol content is therefore possible and should be self-evaluated depending on the individual intensity of the intolerance. Sorbitol is transformed into fructose and therefore does not pose an additional risk, but must be added to fructose in terms of quantity.

Cooked with love and filled by hand - this can lead to small fluctuations in the filling quantity (approx. 250 g net).
There may also be slight variations in taste depending on the season and harvest.
In addition to glucose syrup, we also consciously use dextrose for a deep taste. If slight crystallization should occur, this does not impair the taste and does not represent a quality defect.
