General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
These General Terms and Conditions apply between the company Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG, Habichtweg 28, 46244 Bottrop, legal representatives: All partners, and our customers. Any deviations from these conditions must be clarified with Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG and approved by us.
1. Conclusion of Contract
The conclusion of the contract between the customer and Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG takes place upon submission of the order at the end of the order process. The contract is legally binding. It applies to all products contained in the shopping cart. By submitting your order, you agree to our GTC.
2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods. by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification from you of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Payment
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. In the case of payment in advance, we will only ship the goods to you upon receipt of the full invoice amount.
4. Postal Delivery
Shipping will be done within 1 - 3 working days after receipt of payment. If there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified by us in writing, to the email address provided during the order process. Despite careful packaging, breakage may occur during shipping. The shipment is insured. Therefore, please check the goods upon receipt and have any damages confirmed by the postal delivery person. You will then receive a replacement from us promptly.
5. Products in the Shop
Some products in our shop are seasonally or batch limited for quality reasons by Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG. Different batches may taste different from the respective older ones. All photos and illustrations may vary due to lighting conditions or other influences.
6. Youth Protection Law
All alcoholic beverages in our shop may only be ordered from the age of 18.
