Product information "Muffin baking mix"

Ingredients: Dextrose, wheat flour, leavening agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), natural flavor, salt.

May contain traces of nuts.


Preparation: Baking mix, 100 g butter/margarine, 3 eggs, 50 ml (lactose-free) milk, 12-cup muffin tin. For the vegan version, omit the eggs and use 200 ml plant-based milk.

Preparation: Grease and flour the muffin tin. Alternatively, pour the batter into paper baking cups. Preheat the oven: Top/bottom heat about 185°C, fan about 165°C. Pour the baking mix into a mixing bowl. Add butter/margarine, eggs, and milk. Mix everything until smooth.

Baking: Pour the batter into the muffin cups and smooth it out. Place the pan in the middle rack of the oven. Baking time approx. 20 minutes.

Recipe ideas:

Chocolate muffins - Add 50 g cocoa powder and 50 ml milk or just approx. 120 g chopped milk/ dark chocolate.

Lemon muffins - Add 2 tsp lemon zest (or flavouring).

Berry muffins - Add approx. 120 g frozen blueberries or cranberries.
