Choco NUX - Nut Nougat Cream

Due to the high hazelnut content of 20%, the cream segregates after some time and forms an oil film on the surface. This oil layer does not reduce the quality in any way. The chocolate cream only needs to be stirred and homogenised again. To do this, stir the cream vigorously with a fork until it is creamy again.
