These general terms and conditions are valid between the company Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG, Habichtweg 28, 46244 Bottrop, legal representative: All shareholders, and our customers. Any terms and conditions that differ from these terms and conditions must be clarified with Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG and be accepted by us.
1. Conclusion of Contract
The contract between the customer and Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG is concluded when the order is sent at the end of the order processing. The contract is legally binding. It applies to all products in the shopping cart. By sending your order you accept our terms and conditions.
2. Revocation Instruction

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier have taken or have taken possession of the last goods. by sending a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail)¸ that you have decided to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation deadline.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges ( except for the additional charges arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and within fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for this refund.
You must return or hand over the goods to Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG, Habichtweg 28, 46244 Bottrop without delay and in any case within fourteen days of the date on which you notify us¸ of the revocation of this contract. This deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to your handling of the goods which was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties and functions.

3. Payment
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made. If payment is made in advance, we will send the goods to you only after receipt of the full invoice amount.
4. Postal Dispatch
The dispatch is made after money entrance within 1 - 3 working days. If the dispatch should be delayed, you will be informed by us in writing, to your email address provided during order processing. Despite great care during packaging, breakage may occur during shipment. The dispatch is insured. Check therefore the goods on arrival and check damages from the delivery company. You will then immediately receive a replacement from us.
5. Products in the Shop
Some of the products in our shop are limited by Tom & Krissi's GmbH & Co. KG seasonal and batch quality requirements. The different batches may differ in taste from the older ones. All photos and illustrations may differ due to light conditions or other influences.
6. Youth Protection Law
All alcoholic beverages in our shop may only be ordered from an age of 18 years.
